Sleep Problems

Sleep problems are among the most common reasons why people seek therapeutic support. Difficulties with falling or staying asleep can, over time, lead to exhaustion, concentration problems and physical complaints. Sleep disorders are often linked to inner tension, anxiety or depressive moods. They may also be associated with psychosomatic problems or pain.

Hypnotherapy can help to break the cycle of rumination and tension. In trance, the body enters a state of deep rest while the mind becomes calmer. This can promote relaxation, restorative sleep and greater inner stability.

Note: Hypnosis does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but it can usefully complement them and make it easier to deal with sleep disorders. In cases of persistent sleep problems, medical evaluation is essential and integration into a broader psychotherapeutic process is often recommended.
