Finding your own path in Coaching and Therapy
We are all familiar with situations, in which we fall short of our potential - as managers and entrepreneurs, as professionals, as parents and partners. We struggle with fears and insecurities, with depression, disorientation or anger. We lose touch with our strengths and resources.
As a psychologist, coach, and counselor, I support you on your path to resilience, strength, focus and equanimity.
Every person is different. Every relationship is different. Solutions are as individual as the people who seek them. Goals are always defined by the people who want to set them. We achieve change by focussing on our goals and reflecting on our strengths and resources.
My processes are always tailor-made and goal-oriented.
I take a resource- and growth-orientated approach. Every person carries the solutions to their problems within them. As a process facilitator and method expert, I will accompany you on your journey - with humour and understanding, creatively and individually.

Coaching for Entrepreneurial Families, Power Couples and Dual Career Couples
Couple and family counselling often assumes that problems arise within the family or couple. Insufficient Attachment behaviour is often identified as the cause.
In our society, however, problems in couples or families increasingly arise between career and relationship or family and business. What is right in one system often doesn't quite fit in the other. Conflicting expectations emerge, which often remain implicit because the conflicts are not recognised.
Coaching makes it possible to understand and express these different expectations. The reasons for conflicts can be named. This in turn makes it possible to develop new ways of dealing with each other.
I work open-endedly and equally for all partners involved.
Counseling
Coaching, and therapy have a lot in common. However, therapy usually starts with symptoms. These can be psychosomatic complaints or depression. You may suffer from a lack of motivation, depression or anxiety. You may experience compulsions, circling thoughts or panic attacks.
In therapy, we look for triggers for the problems, and develop solutions together. We strengthen strengths, and discover buried resources.
In individual therapy, we describe a lot and listen carefully. We look for exceptions and solutions. We try things out, experiment and discover a zest for life and joie de vivre. And, yes, we are allowed to laugh! Laughter is often the first step towards mental health.
Executive Coaching
When we define coaching, the focus is on professional goals. These can be, for example, better conflict management, communication or decision-making skills. The desire for more resilience, better handling of stress or worries about burnout are also topics.
You determine the goals. We develop the path together. The client and coach decide on an equal footing where they want to go. Psychological coaching always goes a little further than pure business coaching. Lasting effectiveness is only achieved in conjunction with personal growth. Coaching helps you to get to know yourself better. You discover unknown strengths and resources. You will be challenged and develop more kindness towards yourself.
Executive coaching usually takes place in a one-to-one setting. However, I also frequently work with management teams who want to improve the way they work together.
